Thank you for visiting HuisdierDeluxe. Below are the terms and conditions that form our shipping policy.
Shipping processing time
We ship directly from multiple warehouses once the order is processed.
If we have a large volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Therefore, please allow additional days in transit for delivery. In rare cases, if there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you by email or phone.
Shipping costs and estimated delivery
The shipping costs for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
*On average this would be every 7-14 business days.
Delays in delivery may occasionally occur (natural disasters, pandemics, situations beyond the seller's control).
Shipment confirmation and order tracking
Once the details are available, a tracking number will be added to your order. You will be notified via email so you can track the status of your delivery every step of the way.
Customs, duties and taxes
HuisdierDeluxe is not responsible for any customs duties or taxes that may apply to your order. All charges incurred during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
If a package is returned to us due to unpaid customs duties, taxes, or return to sender, we will refund the cost of the product and retain the shipping cost.
Injury
If you receive damaged goods, please take a photo and email it immediately to info@huisdierdeluxe.com. We only replace damaged goods within 48 hours of receiving your order.
